The Arrow Crab, known for being territorial, is found on rocks, shell sand, coral rubble bottoms, coral reefs, and is found from low tide lines to water that is 1489 meters deep. Mainly a nocturnal scavenger, the arrow crab, eats small feather duster worms and other tiny animals that inhabit the coral reef. Known for acting very aggressively toward other sea creatures, including its own species, the arrow crabs do not fear divers who want to come and take pictures.

Cleaner Shrimp are one of the more valuable and interesting crustaceans participating in the phenomenon of a cleaning symbiosis. This event involves the removal of parasites and other matter from various body parts of the infested fish, all in the name of a square meal. Their grooming/cleaning habits include climbing into the mouth of fish, cleaning their teeth and gill area, and/or picking small pieces of diseased flesh/bacteria from along the sides of the fish. To signal the willingness of the shrimp to perform the cleaning ritual they perform either a rocking motion or swaying of their antennae and/or front legs.

Christmas Tree Worms form a rigid limestone tube found in colonies attached to live rock. Their "feathers" form two spirals radiating from a central stem area with the largest near the base of the crown, narrowing to a point at the tip, hence the name "Christmas-Tree." The trees are known to retract rapidly, into the limestone tube, when stimulated.

Boxfish prefer a temperature range of 72 - 79°F (22 - 26°C) and will feed upon benthic creatures, e.g., crustaceans, mollusks, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, crabs, and some marine plants/algae. The Boxfish will often be observed slowly swimming and “puffing” at the sandy sea bottom in search of food.

Loggerheads are air-breathing reptiles, whose common name refers to the turtle’s large head. Loggerheads are the most common sea turtles we see while scuba diving from our shop. They have been on Earth for millions of years with little serious threats to the species - until recently. Their food consists of mollusks, crabs and animals that encrust reefs and rocks. Weighing 250 - 400 pounds, adults can grow to more than three feet in length.
