A 50% deposit is due within seven days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. The balance must be received 60 days prior to your arrival date. All reservations made within 60 days of arrival date require payment in full to confirm. All Holiday Reservations (Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks) also require payment in full to confirm. For your convenience, payments may be made by wire transfer, check, Visa and MasterCard cards. Upon receipt of the final payment, you will receive, via email, a confirmation voucher (please present at check-in), check-in instructions and driving directions to the hotel. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Cancellation Policy Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received in our office by e-mail. If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed within two weeks in the form of a US check. The following assessments will apply on cancellations:
Indemnification of the agent by guest Guests agree to indemnify and save Agent, its employees, other Agents and Managers, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to, or in connection with rental of the Dwelling, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by any Guest or any Guest’s invitee. No refunds for early check-outs or no shows Guests agree that once they have checked into the property, no refund will be made for early check-outs. If Guest does not cancel the reservation and does not arrive for the Guest’s rental period, all monies paid will be forfeited.
Hurricane evacuation policy The agent will not issue any refunds for hurricane evacuations or any other natural disasters. Guests may purchase travel insurance which will cover mandatory hurricane evacuations and all other natural disasters. Travel Insurance There are many companies on the Internet that offer Travel Insurance. It can protect you from losses you may incur because of unforeseen circumstances, illness, injuries and even mandatory evacuation. |
